on ipad, i have tried uninstalling ad reinstalling both ccrush and fb now im back on level one from level 1200 and something, how do i fix this???

Purchase Issue
I purchased the "tasty bundle" for $35.99 in Candy Crush this morning and only received the 250 gold bars but none of the other items? How do I get this fixed? Thanks.

Game progress lost from level 551 down to level 487 plus all my boosters are gone.
I used to be on level 551 & had a lot of boosters. Got a new phone and now I’m on level 487 and all boosters gone. I’ve tried everything from reinstalling both the game and Facebook apps, rebooting my phone, logging in and out of both Facebook and the Kingdom account. Nothing works. Help!

Why do i not automatically receive boosters at the start of the next game?
Why do i not receive the automatic boosters at the start of my next game after previously completing the round first go. When I go to my events the event/challenge for this is not even appearing but for all my friends/family it does?

Music and Sound effects
Oh look another day of having to repeatedly turn off the music and sound effects on this game. So, that means another day of me not spending a dime on this game for anything. Apparently my money doesn't go to techs that can fix the system anyway.

Hi With a few hours to go, I topped the Leaderboard, of Donut Island i think. I next logged on after the event time limit had lapsed, to see nothing :-( No champagne corks flying, no ticker-tape. I play CCS in my FB account. I also play in my mobile, nut I never connected these accounts. For the past few weeks, I am not invited to special events in my FB account, but I do get them in my mobile game.
