how do I see the answers to other people's questions?
On the right side of the screen from where the question is, it shows "answered" & "solved". But I can't click on them. I can't even figure out how to see answers to my own questions when I'm logged into my account. I feel like such an idiot but....HELP!!

Lost progress
When i'm playing my iPhone 4s turned into a black screen and the game is lost. I reinstalled cc but I lost my progress. I have to start all over. Can you help me?

Can you pleae restore my account to my current level?
My cell did a factory reset and when Candy Crush uploaded it started me at level 1. It is connected to my Facebook so it should have been easy to reconnect. Can you please restore my account?

Why are the treasure chests disappearing when I get to them rather than giving me the treasure?
When I get to the treasure chests, almost every time they are not opening. They stay in the way and I can't get to the next level when they don't open. Then when I refresh, they are gone and I do not receive the prize.

Treasure chests wont open!
I have reached the treasure chest but it won't open or let me proceed to the next level. It has 19hrs left with 2 more chests afterwards. Keeps telling me I have to reach the chest.
