How to beat level 773 on Candy Crush?

The information says all you need is 20,000 points to win. Well, I've gotten well past 20,000 points on various occasions and it still won't let me pass. Do I need to destroy all of those weird (I'm assuming) toffee things that hold the multi-colored do-nut balls in them? I have this issue on both my phone and laptop.

    Level 773 sucks, beat it and won't give me the win. Time for me to stop wasting my time with King Games!!!!!!!  No resolution, something is broken at King!
