Level 409 , there are two ingredients to get down...when I'm playing the ingredients disappear. They

disappear no matter what. I can not get them down where they are supposed to be. Sometimes they disappear after a striped candy goes off or a color bomb, anything. Can this be fixed? How do I get to the next level?????
