Missing gold bars

I purchased the weekend special that included 6 hours of unlimited lives, 3x each of the special tools and 100x gold bars. I received the lives and tools but no gold bars. My husband purchased the same and received all of his. I have tired numerous emails and have only received a auto-generated response. Please help.
