Losing lives because of game suddenly stops

Everytime I load candy crush and start a level it may allow me to make a few moves or not then it immediately closes which has costs me way to many moves!! This has also happened with candy crush soda. What is the problem, and how do I get my lives back?

    Could be your phone? Its worth checking out if its happening with both games. Do you have the latest game version, enough space on your phone, do you have a lot of apps open. Its always good to check these things out first.
