why does candy crush freeze up and make my phone reboot?

Game freezes constantly, most of the time in the middle of playing and the game freezes or it freezes and reboots my whole phone. I have restarted,shut down,uninstalled,updated,waited, etc and nothing seems to work. It keeps occurring. Can I have some type of assistance to try and fix this problem? Thank you, if it's possible.

It might also be a memory issue. If your phone is full it will struggle to load the app.
