Levels link but other items don't

My levels link up on my tablet desktop and mobile, but when I make purchases its only showing up on the device that I made it from, even though it's through the same account. I don't understand and why is it that one device get all of my life while the others don't! even though I send it requestate  from that device will go all to my tablet?? Very frustrating! !

Its because items and messages are device specific, if you purchase items on a particular device they will appear there and have to be used there.

Ok, but that's not what's happening. As in lives anyway. Yesterday I asked for 35 people for lives, phone app had none, tablet had 4 unexpected. I sent the requests for the lives on my phone, an hour or two later, phone had none still and had 30 new ones on my tablet??? I've never requested lives from my tablet its only wifi, but that's where I receive them only??
