candy crush not loading on windows 8.1

my candy crush started crushing while loading since i up dated it to version 1.68.3.0 on windows phone 8.1. i uninstalled and reinstalled the game, switched my phone on and off but stil the problem is not gone. please resolve this issue. is any one with a solution to this please help
