requesting tickets from friends is not working

1.  Everyone of my friends show up in groups of 10, none of which play candy crush.  It takes me a lot of time to scroll to find friends that play the game to ask them for tickets...this is hosed up! I'm not going to askrequesting  friends that don't play nor will I get so agitated that I purchase bars to get tickets.  

2.  Those friends that I do send requests for tickets do not get my request. Going on 2 days requesting tickets with no one seeing the request.

Connecting this game to FB causes nothing but trouble and disappointment after a while. I had this problem and found that sending single request helped but didn't exactly solve the problem. Which is why I made a Kingdom account to test the difference and I'd honestly recommend making one and connecting to it instead, it's made my life a lot simpler that's for sure!
