Customer service Sucks from King.com!!!

For level 1475, there is a glitch with the game Candy Crush level. Trying to move forward is fucking ridiculous on how u guys at King.com are not responsible for fixing problems or answering questions from people playing the game. There is a major glitch with the black blocks and I have beat it but can't move forward because of it. Need to fix it, ASAP. I have paid out lots of money trying to beat it where i need my money back ASAP. Ur customer support from google have told me to contact us regarding money back and to fix the King.com, regarding the glitch too. So I would like an actual person to get back to me regarding my questions I have for the game. Not happy with getting responses back that r auto where I can't respond back.Β
