Will you help me and send me a private message with instructions how to recover my progress ?

I have asked you for help but you didn't reply!! I am pissed because I can't play candy crush because you didn't reply me how to recover my progress.You just answered that you've sent me a private message but you didn't. So I have to ask you one more time for help. I played as guest for a long time but  then I tried to save my progress with logging in with Facebook. I was about reaching level 1400 but when I log in to Facebook it took me back to level 1. Is there any possibility to recover my progress?

Hi there- When you log into King Care on the home page you should see an envelope icon in the top right hand corner of the screen. You should find the message that I sent you there. :-)
