Level reverted to 1 in Candy Crush

Got to Level 616/7 in Candy Crush.  Bought new iPad and it transferred Candy Crush at Level 1.  Looked back at my old iPad and that had also gone back to Level 1 as well.  How do I get back to my old Level?

    I beat level 616, never got credit for it and messaged support. All i got told was check here, that doesn't help me.

    I am very sorry to hear that you have lost the level progress in your game!!


    Did you make sure you are logged into your game either through Facebook OR Kingdom account?

    The King has changed the games a little bit, and because of that, if we log out of the game, we will automatically start the game as a new player from level # 1.


    I would like you to make sure if that is the case for you to start from level 1, before we can try any trouble-shooting steps.
