Why am I not receiving the treasure chest boosters in Candy Crush Saga?

I'm on level 1919 and I have not received the boosters from the last two treasure chests. This happened about a week ago also. I'm not sure why because I never had a problem before.

You can also delete the game from Facebook and add it again and then hopefully you should refresh the game and receive your rewards.

Also not receiving award when passing a difficult level AND winning treasure chest level. When we win the prize level, we need to be awarded the prize. The complaints being lodged her in Candy Crush Saga seem to outweigh the experience of "fun." Not a good model for continued success.
