Did not receive recharged lives and 5 lollipop hammers

I used my lives yesterday on level 1038.  A box came up and said if I played 10 levels of diamond digger I could return to Candy Crush Saga with my lives recharged and 5 lollipop hammers.  I played the diamond digger, and did not care for it, but I completed 10 levels.  As of yet, I have not received my lives or the hammers.  What gives?
