Why have my boosts not been returned?

I have contacted you several times asking when my boosts would be returned. The first reply I got said that you were dealing with it and would give me some gold bars while you dealt with it. I never got the gold bars nor have any of the boosts been returned.  Can you please tell me if you are going to return the boosts because I will not continue to play if they aren't.  What's the point in playing when King Games isn't treating us players fairly?
