I can not update or buy any bonus rounds since my last update. Please help!!

The app just says installing and nothing is happening. I also can not buy any bonus or continue rounds(gold bars).

That's confusing, if the app says installing and nothing happens, how are you able to get to a point where you can use gold bars to continue on?
