How can I get my phone and computer to sync in Candy Crush. Both are connected to facebook.

My phone game won't let me go past level 2015.     I am much further on the computer.    It's been like this for weeks.

That's because levels get put out for PC first, then the levels are converted and optimised for mobile and tablet platform and get released afterwards.

I know that it takes awhile for the mobile to catch up, but it's been over a month. Should I just be patient???

Sorry, I don't agree with Linda_r-2's answer. My laptop is at level 2686, and my NEW iphone11 is at level 1. I am NOT going to start over. I have a King Account but have not been able to get the two devices synced up. Help?

As far as ur problem is concerned u try to save the game in your laptop then log out. Open your mobile. I believe there is auto update in ipad 11. Try to login again from ur king account i hope it will go to ur current progress. But if not plz. Check this link.
