Booster lost after app crash

App crashed and couldn't open app. so I had to delete and reinstall. after that all booster lost

Dears how are you I was playing candy crush saga and i was waiting for new levels to play, but when I was preparing to play the game got crashed and when I try to turn it on it said candy crush keep stopping. So I tried to clear the data and restarted the game, it brought me back to level 1 and I lost all my boosters so I cant play new levels. If you can do anything to restore my boosters please help me thanks

Unfortunately, we can no longer reset the boosters, they are temporarily stored and unfortunately lost when reinstalling. If you don't have your score back after that, we can help. Check out the link. If you have problems with this, please contact me again

@yoph_1234 Hi and welcome, Sorry to here this has happened to you but never clear game data as boosters are stored there only clear the cache. Unfortunately in the case of mobile devices your boosters are stored on the device itself. So if you game or device crashes , you uninstall or even change device. Your boosters are lost and are not recoverable/ transferable.

Unless you had any unused purchased boosters and then you can contact customer support regarding these
