Hi, on level 2073,have today completed it but has got stuck, help please?

I see that there has been a problem with this level for months.I completed it just now, but wrapped candy flashing at top and didn't complete.Very unfair as this is so hard to do. I have taken a photo of what happened.Am losing interest and King are losing money with these impossible timer games.Please help ? Thanks.

Hi Maureen,

This issue was first flagged in the end of October 2016 and a was fix was released ( v.1.87) a couple weeks later in November which resolved the issue.

Could you please confirm on what device you play on?

I see there is still an issue with level 2073. I have a new issue where everything just stopped on the screen as shown below. I play on a desktop computer. Can you help please?

The level you are playing is the time level i.e. you have to pass the level within the specified time and currently the level has changed to the target level.

You are still playing the game on the old platform and currently King is not doing any work there.

You need to sync the game via Facebook to move the game forward.Enjoy the fun of lots of new features and events with more advanced platforms.😊
