I started Candy Crush saga on android phone. In the beginning, I connected it with a FB account. Later, I connected it with the Gmail King.com account. I do not use the FB account anymore and my progress is synced with the King.com account only. Now I want my new FB account to save the progress and to connect with my friends playing the same. When I try to login to my FB account while still logged in to the King.com account, it begins with level 1. Please suggest me what should I do? Thank you in advance.

I logged in to my account and went to the settings page. In this page, the following message was displayed: "Score and progression sync. You have already synced your progress." Therefore, the link was not working and I could not login to my Facebook account to sync.Hi Ricky Sth,

My connection is done. Thank you Jilly Jill and Mark Hawk. I do have one more query. My score after syncing with FB has been reset to 10000 for all the levels I completed. Can this be fixed or not?

Glad you are back on track! That's odd about the scoring, is it still that way? If so, I'll have to look into this again with a king care moderator.
