How can I create an account on King.com?

How can I create an account on King.com? I created an account on care.king.com also on registration.king.com but none of those work with King.com....

Hi Diego,

Simply go to King.com and start playing one of the games. As soon as you do a dialog box will appear where you can enter your email and password. Most of King's games has the same feature so look out for the orange button with a golden crown in the games.

For this website - care.king.com - your account is created automatically as soon as you log in through Facebook.

I haven't seen any website that uses registration.king.com - where did you see this?

I reinstalled the app in my phone, when I connected to Facebook I found myself on level 12, last time about 2 month ago I was on level 2760 or more,

I am very depressed

I can't start all over again

Did you saved your progress with kingdom or Facebook when you was on level 2760?

Yes I saved my progress on facebook.
This is the first time I face this problem, usually if I reinstall the app or change the device, I find my prohress saved, what I lost is a jurney of more than sevev years with this wonderful game.

Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link:  https://soporto.king.com/contact

They can manually go into your account and get your progress back.  They will be sending you an email with a ticket number. Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the contact form.

I have a problem with all my games not be able to save.  It says something about not being able to connect to server. Try in a bit. It has been going on for a week

Hi @becbecl, by any chance are you playing on a mobile device?  The only way to resolve that is to uninstall and reinstall the game but you will lose all your lives and boosters because they are only saved to that device.
