Why do my gold bars keep disappearing in Candy Crush?

Over the past few weeks my gold bars have disappeared at least three times. I think I’ve had at least 30 vanish. Why is this happening?

I'm not sure why this has happened to you but I'm going to elevate this to a King Admin and you should get a private message regarding this.

Hi @Bluestocking, @matycleo, your gold bars should never disappear! I am going to ask both of you to please complete a contact form and they can manually check your account for you. Hi @Brooklyn6969 you should never lose gold bars. I need you to get your user ID # by following the steps on here: https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/247069/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it#latest. Get that number and I have to find out where to send you next because I think they changed things.
