Lost all my boosters due to mobile reboot issue, please help

I have lost all my boosters due to mobile reboot issue, quite frustrating for me. Request your help on this regard. Thanks a lot.

    hi,

    Yesterday I experienced connection issues when trying to connect to "chocolate box" I tried rebooting the game only to find that all my accumulated boosters were removed as we my 6 gold bars, plus I had to wait for a while for system to reconnect and take me back to my level 4285. I had around 16 boosters of ea item. So annoyed as I had to by boosters and gold bars again. Please help.

    You should not have lost gold bars on a reinstall. You need to contact customer support, especially if you paid for the gold bars.

    Please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can resend the lost purchased Boosters to your game.
