New phone, wrong level

So I got a new phone and it's showing that I'm starting out way farther back than I really am, but it still shows when I passed levels on the first time because they show up as gold. I've tried signing out, deleting the app and reinstalling it but still no luck. I can scroll to where I was originally at and even if I beat that level when I come back it still shows me very far back, how can I fix it to go where I really am in the game?

This is happening to me too. When I log in, the app puts me at level 681 but you can see that I cleared levels beyond that. My picture won't load either. I uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared data on FB and CC etc.

@Mishele_Alvarado Try playing level 681 again and completing it as sometimes this rectifies the problem and puts you on the map correctly, something to do with score not synced to server correctly. let me know if you still have problems.

Yes if I replay the level it will jump back up to where I'm supposed to be but it does this every time I open the app, it's not just a one time glitch
