Hi Tracie, sorry for the delay in responding but thank you for writing us here at King Care.  A glitch on not being able to connect to the game has been elevated to the studio and they are trying to resolve this now.  So hang in there and hopefully it can be resolved soon.  Can you play the game anywhere else?  Or have you tried their other 3 match games - Candy Crush Soda Saga and Candy Crush Jelly Saga?  Play those until the connection issue is resolved.

For the many of us who cannot connect, are you going to reset to a new beginning date? You're already on the 2nd set and I still cannot connect.
