Hi jucancio thank you for posting. Can you tell me what chrome book it is you are using? Can you use the play store through it or do you have to play on the browser itself?

I had to uninstall cc friends and reinstall. when I tried, it said the device is not compatible. This is a dell chromebook. Any ideas how to workaround? Thank you

Hi and Welcome to our Community

Make also sure that the browser is up to date and please note that Windows 7 is no longer support by Microsoft.

You can also download the game from Microsoft Store and play via the Windows app if you have a Windows 10 PC. Download the app from here and when opening the game connect it to Facebook to sync your levels.
