Lost my progress upon connecting with fb. Can somebody please help?

i do not have kings account and i synced with fb long time back and when i synced recently my progress was lost and i dropped from level 1100+ to 80. Please help

    A few days ago I synced my progress as usual with facebook and got a message saying it was successful. Now after trying to sync to a new phone I find it wont sync and the old phone has had all progress reset. This is several years wirth of progress. I have tried all the advice with no resolution. Either I get a bot or referred back to a forum that advised the same loop. Someone please help. Thanks.

    I have a similar problem.  I don't have a King's account but synced through FB a long time ago (about 4 years ago).  I just got a new iPad and after loading the game onto it and syncing with FB I lost all of my levels and it is starting me at level 1 again. I was somewhere in the 2,000+ level before this happened. Is there a way for someone to help me recover my progress?

    My Facebook account recently got hacked and permanently removed, unfortunately I’ve had to create a new one, synced my candy crush without thinking and I’ve lost everything! I was on around level 2600 🤦🏻‍♀️ And now it wants me to start from scratch! Any help at all?

    I just had this problem today. I redownload the app in hopes of getting the u limited lives gift. When I reconnected to FB I lost around 500 levels. So sad! Has anyone had any luck fixing this?

    Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on! 

    It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic. 

    I hope you're back on track really soon!
