When do they release more levels on Candy Crush?

My game is ended at 3681 for over 2 weeks now.  I play on IPAD and computor {windows 10}

Hi Connie, are you playing with the installed version that came with Windows 10?  You need to install the game app from the Microsoft store and once you do that then you should be current with the levels available.
