My 1981 game allows me 20 moves.  When looking online for strategic help they have 28 moves

This is the reason why you have less moves: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/level-changing-on-candy-crush-saga-not-getting-the-same-amount-of-moves-as-your-friends  I have seen a lot of complaints here from the players regarding the number of moves for a specific level. Level 1981

This level has medium difficulty. For this level try to play from bottom part of the board where more candies are available to play and make special candy. Combine special candies with each other to break more blockers and jellies. or play with remaining jelly candy to break them all.
