why do my gold bars disappear?????

i had 37 gold bars, today morning they are only 1

why/??????

also before i had too much boosters and suddenly candy crush stopped on my phone and it was showing that i have to uninstall and reinstall and all the boosters were gone??????????????????

Hi Rihal, your gold bars should never disappear at all.  Yes you can lose all your lives and boosters when playing on a mobile device but never your gold bars.  I am going to ask you to please get your user ID # and post it here.  Once it's posted I can have a King Admin go into your account to see what happened to the gold bars.  Here is a link to help you get your user ID #:  https://www.elsalanger.net/blog/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it

This is the second time that my gold bars have disappeared. The first time at had over 20. This time I had 13 and now I have 1.
