Cant connect FB with Candy Crush Saga

I am unable to connect my Candy Crush Saga to Facebook either on my Android phone or on my Windows 10 computer.  The Android says, "Sorry, you don't have access to the Kingdom, right now. Please try connecting again later." My wireless connection is fine for both my phone and my computer.  I've still been able to play with general King users, but cannot connect to play with facebook friends for several weeks now.  PLEASE HELP!!

    I have just fixed this, by going into App Manager and stopping the app, then going into Facebook and from Facebook, delete the app.  Then from Facebook click on Candy Crush Sage icon, and re-install it and go into Candy Crush.

    Then on your other devices, try logging into Candy Crush.

    still cant connect. tried troublesshooting. remove it in facebook. my facebook and cc are all updates even my OS but still i cant connect
