Facebook login takes me back to level 1 on Candy Crush Saga

I use a King account to sync my levels on Candy Crush Saga. I'm up to level 1453. When I sign in with Facebook using the same email address, it goes back to level 1. I have tried reinstalling the app, removing from Facebook and re-adding. I have also tried it with the Windows store app, and the same thing happens. How can I get someone from King to fix my account so that I can keep my levels after logging into Facebook? Thanks.
I have read and tried all of the posts suggesting uninstall, remove from Facebook etc, so please don't suggest them. They don't work for me.

Noted you were at level 3102 and was back to level 1 once you have connected to FB. May I know, what acc you log in to play the game in reaching 3102? If it is also FB, please read this article to pick up your progress where you left off.
