Booster videos won’t play.

For months now I’ve not been able to watch booster videos on my iPad. I’ve tried the advice on other threads and reinstalled the app but all it did was wipe all my boosters and lives and didn’t fix the issue.  Every now and then I seem to get 1 video that plays, but this has happened about 3 times in the last 3 months! It’s just a black screen with an x in the corner pretty much all the time. Is anyone actually looking into the issue as it seems to be affecting both android and apple tablets and phones for a lot of people so not a local problem.

Hi @pinkchampers, @fanimun, and @Vols, I am going to answer your question!  The videos to collect those free boosters has already been reported to the studio a while ago.  Unfortunately, I am not privy as to where it sits on their priority list.  Please be patient and hopefully they will fix it real soon.
