Ads won’t play

my ads to receive boosters haven’t worked in over a week. Just a black screen and an X to close it with no booster received. Any suggestions?

    Hi, over the past 3 days my Ads won't play on my Android Samsung S9+. Black screen only and cross to close. Missing out on boosters and free spins and extra lives. How do we fix this? Affecting my game. 😣

    On apple ipad, ads for boosters/free spins/etc will play but won’t close when I tap the “x”. This happens with MOST ads
