How do i retrieve my candy crush levels

I was on level 921 but suddenly I lost all my progress and was sent back to level 1 
I didn’t have a king care account but it was linked to my Facebook but it wasn’t saved there 
however i have my apple id from the iphone I am using  and I have access to game centre

Do you know why it might have happened?  Did you update the game OR change the device OR reinstalled the game?  Because, sometimes, the above reasons might cause to loose our progress!!  But, do not worry!  there are some trouble shooters given for our convenience.  Please follow below link to restore your progress

I want my level  1801 back on candy crush saga.  It wanted me to update info, I logged out and list my games. Went back to game 1. How do I get levels back
