My candy crush saga app has stopped working and I don't know if my progress is saved to anything?

My candy crush stopped working and i dont know if any of my progress has been saved. I wish to rest my app to get it working again.

    Hi @yellow30, I would like to add to @Sukanta_Biswas' message by asking you where you are playing the game - mobile or computer?  Facebook or the Kingdom?  If you haven't been playing through either one of them then you can lose your progress at any time because they save your progress on their servers.  If you don't have an account I am going to suggest that you create a Kingdom account.     Once you have this account, you will need to get your user ID # and you can follow the steps on this link.

    Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link:  https://soporto.king.com/contact

    They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were.  It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient.  You should get an email with a ticket number on it.  Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form.

    Having similar issues - It started last month with Candy Crush Saga, then Soda, and now Jelly. When I try to load I get the orange splash screen for a minute or two then all I get is "You have experienced an error we are working hard to fix. Please try again in a moment." I am playing in facebook on a pc - checked wifi connection and cleared cache still not working.

    OMG!  I hope that it's not the same glitch coming back.  Is this the error message that you are getting @Mindy_OConnell

    yes - I was getting it on all the king games except Alphabetty Saga but all suddenly started working this morning. Strange!  I'm wondering if it was a problem with my internet provider slowing service because everything is faster and working better today.

    That we will never know but as long as it's working then I'm very happy for you.  I did write to the community manager asking how we fixed it the last time but now it's the weekend there so I won't hear back from them until the beginning of next week.  I'm happy that it's now working for you - enjoy your crushing day!
