Why dont I get the option to watch a video ad for a free life or extra moves or extra booster like

Mine disappeared after an update.  I am very upset.  My mobile is the same as my laptop version. I really miss the watch videos for a free life.  The little balloon was cool.  The booster to do something and get a bonus was awesome.  Like, send 10 people a life and get a bonus.  Very boring now.  Plus i run out of lives very quick.

Same here - I used to get several (like 5 maybe more) options to watch ads to get an extra life so I could continue and 9/10 did manage to finish the game. 
I really miss this and hope you guys can bring it back for us fans.

They better figure it out or I'm deleting the game it should be the same for all.

Same thing here. I had the videos all the time. I uninstalled the game for a few months. When I came back, it was no longer offered while my GF gets them after almost every game. A few others I know get the video boosters as well. Guess it’s a way to try and get me to pay for extras, that will never happen. Might as well get the advertising revenue.

I don’t purchase anything and get nothing. I use to before I uninstalled and took a few months break. I’ll probably end up deleting as well. 2 days getting through a level is dumb. Buying stuff is not going to happen either.

Mein Mann bekommt auch immer die Möglichkeit Videos anzusehen und ich nicht. Ich war 1500 Level vor meinem Mann. Mittlerweile trennen uns noch 200 Level, da ich nun mit meinen 5 Leben spielen kann und er mit seinen Bonusspielen ein Level nach dem anderen gewinnt.

She is current in updates I’m pretty sure. I deleted the app. It’s not really fun anymore. I’m not paying for the game, so they might as well get revenue from video watching. Oh well, saves me some wasted time.

Same here. My husband has the videos, I don't. So basically, these people are getting to cheat by getting free boosters. My husband literally has over 200 of each! How is that fair? I'm with you, it's not fair at all.
