is there any way to reset Facebook progress?

is there any way to reset Facebook progress? My sister used my phone to play and has now started on her own iPad... I would like to play it from the beginning. I emailed support but was not answered.

Hi @briandat, you can reset your progress to the beginning by following the steps on this link:

But once you are set back to level 1 it cannot be undone so you will have to continue to play the game as is.

That link is over a year old and that's why it's not working. The link came from the old King Care community. What the message says is that if you wanted to start the game all over with level 1 you can do it by completing the contact form. Tell them that you want to reset your progress. They will erase your entire history and you will be back at the beginning of the game. If they reset you then it's permanent so please make sure that this is what you really want to do.

@Sweetice the CMs don't have time to do it. The player has to complete the contact form for Player's Support and they are the only people who are doing this.
