    @Ana2308 It's all your choice, of course, 😊 What I suggest is that you connect the game to either Facebook or Kingdom now, play a level and fill in the support form here https://soporto.king.com/contact and they'll try to help you out the best they can. Please be sure to select the correct topic ("Problems with my game") and subtopic ("Game didn't save"). Once you fill in the form you will receive an automated email message. You need to reply to that message in order for the team to reach you. I hope this will solve your problem.

     I have lost all my levels. Back to zero on my iPhone only. I have tried supports advice and removed candy crush and Facebook and reinstalled them and that did not work. Can anybody help me get my levels back?

    Hello, I am on level 240 on Candy Crush and was prompted to log into facebook to 'Save My Progress'. I tried logging in, but it started me off on level one again, and took away my boosters. So I logged back out of facebook to get my data back, but it still had me at level one with my boosters and gold bars gone :( It shows me some of the levels that I have completed, and I have to scroll all the way up to find my level that I am at. Is there anyway to return my game back to normal??? Please help, anyone out there! Thanks!

    You can sync game progress with a Facebook for a single time. So if you try to sync with other Facebook, it might be. If you have any old facebook, try log in with id.
    If this is not resolved then contact King Care. When contacting King Care, please write your game ID. See here how to find your Game Id

    this is the profile king has. It’s not Facebook.com. It’s *****edited due to privacy****. And my fb profile is  the one with the badge. That’s the one I need in cc. The right profile is the bottom one so I can get my progress back. Please fix it I want to play. Thank you.

    I guess, you did not sync the game between Facebook and kingdom. So this is your problem. You have to sync the game first. Let me know if my guess is correct.

    I’ve been in this community. I’ve been with king candy crush since 2014. I’ve always had the same email. I’ve logged out before and never had this problem. Please can you help me get my progress back. It’s my iPad, it’s fine on my Android phone.
