    @Ana2308 It's all your choice, of course, 😊 What I suggest is that you connect the game to either Facebook or Kingdom now, play a level and fill in the support form here https://soporto.king.com/contact and they'll try to help you out the best they can. Please be sure to select the correct topic ("Problems with my game") and subtopic ("Game didn't save"). Once you fill in the form you will receive an automated email message. You need to reply to that message in order for the team to reach you. I hope this will solve your problem.

     I have lost all my levels. Back to zero on my iPhone only. I have tried supports advice and removed candy crush and Facebook and reinstalled them and that did not work. Can anybody help me get my levels back?

    Hello, I am on level 240 on Candy Crush and was prompted to log into facebook to 'Save My Progress'. I tried logging in, but it started me off on level one again, and took away my boosters. So I logged back out of facebook to get my data back, but it still had me at level one with my boosters and gold bars gone :( It shows me some of the levels that I have completed, and I have to scroll all the way up to find my level that I am at. Is there anyway to return my game back to normal??? Please help, anyone out there! Thanks!

    You can sync game progress with a Facebook for a single time. So if you try to sync with other Facebook, it might be. If you have any old facebook, try log in with id.
    If this is not resolved then contact King Care. When contacting King Care, please write your game ID. See here how to find your Game Id

    For a few weeks now I cannot send friends extra lives or extra turns, I don't get any lives or extra turns from anybody either.
    This happens on:
    2 different computers when playing on the website king.com
    1 smartphone Android
    1 tablet Android

    It has nothing to do with flash installation/settings, clearing cookies, and all the usual stuff. 

    Whenever I click on the corresponding buttons, they move slightly, but nothing happens, I can close that popup window and that's it.

    I am at level 2279 and this has never happened before, and now on 4 devices?!

    You mentioned 2 Computers when playing Candy Crush Saga. Do you know the Operating System running in your Computers? Is it Windows 10?

    Hello, both are on Windows 7 64 bit and haven't been updated or changed recently.

    When I click on "send to all", the button turns grey, but nothing else happens, I cannot send lives to all anymore.

    I am having the same issue with not being able to receive lives that were sent to me, send lives to others or get any unlock tickets to move to the next episode. This has been going on for two or more weeks and I am becoming increasingly frustrated!
