Candy Crush Saga Special Achievement Offer

On the 19/03/19, I purchased the Special Achievement Offer from Microsoft (Order No. 9391417907) for $5.95. I received the once only offer, however on checking my bank statement I have been charged twice for the same order. Please note I have received only 1 receipt from Microsoft and the bank says both are legal transactions.
I can get no satisfaction trying to contact Microsoft, therefore I am asking, what can be done to either get a refund or receive the product I paid for ??
