Daily Prizes and Rewards

What on earth is going on King.com - level 2622 - not receiving boosters, extra moves and if an explosion happens on the last move it doesn't take out any chocolate ( could have won a few times in the last few weeks if that had happened) Please explain or fix the problem!!

Hi @mummabear, did you read what I wrote above?  king.com is not working and it is Flash related.  I have no clue if or when it might get fixed so temporarily I am directing the players to play through Facebook on Firefox, Chrome, Opera or Edge.  Stay away from Internet Explorer because that is also Flash.

yes I am playing the old version on king.com.   Not everyone is on facebook amd I am one of them people

Hi @mel21, and it's because you are playing on king.com that you are not getting these boosters.  Did you read my blog yet because it offers suggestions instead of king.com?  Please let me know if you are able to access the game using Firefox, Chrome, Opera or Edge.  You need to be using the HTML5 version of the game.  The Flash version which is the old version is not working.

Yes I read your blog and I am using chrome as browser on king.com but how do you access HTML5

You have to play through a Facebook account if you are on a computer.  If you don't have a Facebook account then set it up just for games and nothing more.  That's the only way to get the boosters now.  If you do choose to set up a Facebook account, please let me know and then I can tell you what to do to get your progress back on track.

yes I have set up a facebook account   Can you let me know how to get my progress back on track and also do you have to sign in to facebook everytime you want to play the games.

Ok let's try this first.  Go to king.com and login.  Then click on the settings and click on Account.  It is going to ask you for your password again.  Then on the bottom do you see where mine says that I already synced the progress, yours might be saying to sync it.  So click on it and then it should show the progress when playing through Facebook.  If it doesn't let me know and I will give you further direction.

I forgot to answer your question - as long as you don't log out of Facebook at any time then it should be logged in.  When you clear out the history on Chrome make sure that the Passwords and other sign-in data is unchecked and you should remain logged in to Facebook.

yes I pressed the score and progression sync and I have a message underneath now to say nothing will be posted to facebook.  what now please

Are you seeing the symbol that is in the print screen above?  That doesn't matter anyway because this is what you are going to do.  First you have to get your user ID # by following the steps on here:

Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link:  https://soporto.king.com/contact

They can manually go into your account and get your back on track.  Tell them that you did the syncing and that you are playing the game through Facebook.  Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic.  Also please be a bit patient because I am sure they are loaded down with issues this week.
