Open app > Click pink setting wheel > Green setting wheel > Scroll down > Facebook logo log out > Log out > Log out.

@Adisa30 Hi and welcome, You need to go to the cog wheel in your app and click on my profile. you will then see the log out screen.

@Adisa30 This is a facebook problem and you will need to contact them but check you facebook settings and go to webs and apps and make sure everything is enabled, Looks like for some reason the site has been blocked or disabled

Thank you for your help. I can't imagine i have to start a fresh 😭😭, just allow me to uninstall the app because i don't think i can start from level 1 it's so discouraging. Good bye🙏🙏

IF you uninstall and reinstall you can return to your level once you sign back in with Facebook or King account. Your boosters and lives will be lost but your level is not. If it is please come back and we will get a community manager to help you. Good luck.

I tried uninstalling and installed a fresh but nothing is working. Giving up on it already

@Adisa30 Its not the game thats the problem its your Facebook settings. you need to contact Facebook or try uninstalling Facebook and reinstalling that. This is because someone / thing has blocked the candy crush url
