Candy crush saga won’t download. Tried all suggestions sent via your email ...help

I have closed other apps, restarted iPad, both app and iPad up to date, plenary of storage and still not loading.
Orange King screen goes to blue/pink loading screen and is stuck. 
I have played for over a year without a problem. In need more advanced help.
dont want to start over

How long has this been happening? How do you login to your CCS App, are you using your Facebook Account or your Kingdom Account? Can you tell me your iOS Version currently?

What browser are you using when you play Candy Crush on Facebook? When was the last time that browser was updated? 

Candy Crush Saga inside Facebook is loading fine with me. I never had any issues since the beginning.

Did this get resolved ? I am having similar issue and apple said it is a problem with the app and to contact the developer

This problem has not been resolved. Apple told me to contact developer also and I have not received anything but automated help.
I don't have a Facebook Acct, I just downloaded onto my iPad and play for 2 years and now this problem for about 10 days.
My I pad is iPad Air 2 iOS 12 3.1

@robinco4, if you are not playing through Facebook, are you playing through the Kingdom?  It's best to use one of those platforms because they save your progress on their servers.
