I always hear a weird noise while playing candy crush on my iPhone.

I have been playing candy crush for years on my iPhone and once I mute music and sounds there is always a weird noise coming from right speaker I have changed many iPhone models and this sound is always there. even if I am using airpods this sound is there on right airpod. I am sure its a technical bug and its very very annoying I already reported on apple store but still this issue is there. now I have to play it with my iPhone either turned to silent mode or with iphone volume at zero. please check. I am on 4895 level and this sound is always on when candy crush is being played ( not related to some specific level). please check. this noise comes only on right side speaker and airpod.

    I do not think it's your game's problem. you can check some troubleshooting 👇
    Update device software If there is a software glitch, you can get rid of it by installing the latest software version. A new version will improve the overall performance of your device and its security and it will also bring bug fixes. If you didn’t enable automatic updates on your device, you can see if there is an update manually
    Touch Settings.
    Scroll to and touch General.
    Touch Software Update.
    If an update is available, touch Download and Install.
    Read the terms and conditions and touch Agree.
    Touch Agree.
    Wait for the update to download.
    Your Apple iPhone will restart to complete the update.
     Check your app update
    App developers are giving their best to deliver a great experience to the users, which is why they are constantly working on improvements. If users complain about the issue, including freezing and crashing, developers will fix it with an update.

    Dear I am an Engineer myself so I know how software's work. I have updated my ios many times used multiple iphones and uninstalled and installed candy crush app many times. This sound is always there even when i changed my iphone. you should check it if u have an iphone and try to play the app with music and volume muted in game..you'll notice a noise its not very loud but its always there. Btw I wasn't complaining on this forum i just wanted to report a bug. Developers need to check it.

    Hey!! Mine does this too!!!! I thought i was going crazy!!!! First my phone started with candy crush, maybe unrelated but then instagram and snapchat video sounds wouldn’t record but i could play other sounds from any other platform. blah blah my phone calls even went weird...... it could have been unrelated but it all started with candy crush. I just got the new iphone 11 and i still hear the sound!!!!!

    Hey! Mine does the same! Changed iphone, updated app, etc etc and still does this annoying noise. What’s happening? Could you fix that, please?

    I have the same sound it’s so annoying and it’s NOT the iPhone it’s the game

    Hi dear.

    There is always option of turning off the sounds. Go to settings and turn off sounds from the game application.😀

    @Jlcasias Hi and welcome, I use iPhone myself to plat the game and i have never experienced this issue with my device, would check your device is up to date and game is up to date and log out and restart your device then log back in to see if this solves your issue
