Why are my earned gold bars not showing?
I have collected marked candies for rewards, I'm notified of winning gold bars and they are not showing in my total, have a balance of 19 and have passed 3 or 4 milestones and the total is still the same. I usually get 3 items at a time & I think I'm getting those (eg. stripe&wraped candy, color bomb) but I'm not positive.

Hi @ccole and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 Sometimes rewards you win don't show up on your screens but they are stored immediately in your backpack. As you see, there is a red mark "1" on your backpack. Once you open it you will see small stars shining around boosters you've won.
As for the gold bars, your screenshot shows that you just got pop up as info that you have sugar drops at a certain level. Once you collect the sugar drops you might get boosters or even some gold bars.

I have not been receiving mine either!!!! I checked my backpack and does not indicate they were added there either. Not happy about this0

Same here. I just won a lollipop and a gold bar and I'm still sitting with one gold bar. This has happened several times. It's like I'm stuck on one.0

Answer makes no sense. I won the rewards mentioned above from a sugar drops challenge and I tapped pin Claim and the lollipop did show up, but the gold bar did not show up0

Same thing has happened to me!! Just happened again today. I have now missed out on at least 7 gold bars for sugar drop challenges and 5 that I was supposed to receive for being in the top 3 for last week. Very frustrating! I have tried reporting it but have not received a reply from Candy Crush.0

All f a sudden I am not receiving ANY gold bars no matter what I do!!!0

Same here...I have even won a number of games with no gold bars rewarded. Piggy bank is nowhere to be found either.0
