Hi everyone, 

Are you seeing this message when trying to send out or request lives? 

"Sorry, something went wrong. We are working on it and we'll get it fixed as soon as we can" 



I wanted to let you know that we are aware of this issue, and we are currently working with Facebook to fix it. There's no need for you to do anything from you side - just sit tight and check this post for updates from time to time. 

It's worth pointing out that this issue should only impact your ability to send lives requests, nothing else. This means you can otherwise continue playing as normal

Thank you. I am not having this issue but my mom is having this issue on all king games she plays. Please keep us posted on fix.

Hey @Janelle_O'Reilly I know it is really annoying, but it is not just down to King. Have you ever known Facebook to rush fixing anything? They are trying to roll out a brand new version and its not just games that are messed up. No end of group admins complaining about features not working properly in groups too

I'm facing the same issue too and I can't neither send nore request my friends lives via fb. Please fix as soon and keep us updated here. Thank you 💚

You say this issue won't effect my game playing of candy crush, well it does, I get extra lives from my friends and I send them out also and I am not able to do this, after my lives are used up I am done with the game until hours later they fill up again, with no help from my friends.  Not buying extra lives either.

how much longer can we expect FB to keep us waiting for them to fix this issue because you're right it's not just KING games other games are having the same problems but it's not fair
