Hello, since I updated the game a few days back, I am not able to connect back to Facebook, was on level 4836, now it is back to level 1. Please fix ASAP. Facebook email id Game ID 1145099920.
I already logged out of Facebook from both the devices, and now downloaded new version of Facebook as well as candy Crush, but unfortunately still having same issues, I can't login via Facebook and also can't find my levels, I am on level 1.

If you do not find any solution then I request you to reinstall the game app. To do this you will lose the stored boosters but your problem may be solved.

@Lolomw try using a different browser than Safari see if you still get same problem. safari you can try clearing the cache / history and then restarting.

You are probably logged in to another Facebook on the device so the game is connected to the new Facebook.

- Tap Accounts. If you don't see "Accounts," tap Users & accounts.
- Tap the account you want to remove Remove account. (facebook)
Then uninstall facebook app > Log out game > Restart device > install Facebook app & Log in > Open game & do connect.Let me know..
