    My Fantastic Five isn't working... It's greyed out.  How do I fix?

    Check to update the game app at least 1 time a week. App developers are giving their best to deliver a great experience to the users, which is why they are constantly working on improvements. If users complain about the issue, including freezing and crashing, developers will fix it with an update.

    My auto update is engaged, so I should automatically receive the updates, correct?  Could there be another reason my Fantastic Five isn't allowing me to proceed?

    I play on my phone, so I'm not sure how to send in this forum.  It's the Fantastic Five...it's greyed out and for days and days it shows 0 days, 0 minutes, 0 seconds, but is never active.

    Mine has not reset since the last time it ended even though I am still collecting points for completing things and logging on. I play on a PC on Facebook.

    Mine hasn't worked for 2 weeks. It does show that I've won points after completing episodes but like the other posts, the icon is grayed out and you can't redeem anything. I've updated and everything, still nothing. Help please.

    I kinda miss it because I actually had 4 other fairly active players on my team and we would hit the benchmarks pretty often. The one on one partner thing was more hit and miss. Sometimes I would do better then the other person would be the one getting more points. Please help all of us get this back as part of our gameplay.

    Mine is doing the same thing, I have done all the trouble-shooting suggested. The last two rounds my counter has not reset from 0:00:00. I can't redeem but I am still collecting points. Same old team members who were not active but I was usually able to get a lollipop on my own. I would rather it just go away if it isn't going to work.

    I was having the same problem as the players above where the counter reset to 0:00:00 but the Fantastic Five was greyed out.  I went to settings and switched it off, logged out, logged back in, and now it's completely gone in the settings and there is no option to even turn it back on.  Is this feature gone?

    I have my update aways on so I have the actual version but it still doesn't work. It is grey and it shows 0.00 time left. a
    Also the quests have disappeared for several months like candy collector for 200 candies.
