Hi again @bidibird - yes all reward boxes have time limits on them. Please make sure your game is up to date and you have force closed and cleared your cache and cookies every couple of days to help free up memory space on your device. 🙏🏻

I get this message when I try to open the chocolate box

It keeps saying no internet connection every time I try to open the gift box in the upper right corner. Even though I am very much connected to the internet. It's very frustrating!!
